Methods of controlling the luminance contrast of a digital image

The paper considers and refines the main methods of controlling the luminance contrast of a digital image, namely: transformation of pixel brightness by means of linear, stepped and sigmoidal functions. Experiments on the image are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the obtained refinements.

Systematic error compensation method for infrared Earth horizon sensors of remote sensing spacecraft

This article describes the issue of increasing the infrared Earth horizon sensors accuracy by the partial compensation of device systematic error in the spacecrafts on-board computer. Higher accuracy achieved by using harmonic Fourier analysis to approximate the functions of devices output signals.

Synthesis of third-order measuring devices according to dynamic accuracy criteria

Development of Gstreamer plugin for multimedia data processing systems using a special processing unit NMCard

Optimization of the airspeed of a passenger aircraft at the stage of cruising flight, taking into account the external atmospheric conditions

The article proposes a method for finding an analytical expression for calculating the optimal value of the airspeed of a medium-haul passenger aircraft in the navigation system at the stage of cruising flight, which reduces the value of direct operating costs per flight. The analytical expression is a high-order polynomial, for which the first iteration of Newton's numerical method is used to find the root. The solution of the optimization problem was found using the Pontryagin maximum principle. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of an optimal solution to the problem are given. Based on Kantorovich's theorem, the issues of convergence of Newton's method in finding the root of a high-order polynomial are considered. A model of the specific fuel consumption of a two-circuit turbojet engine is described, taking into account changes in altitude and airspeed.

Description of the automation system for the technological process of filling water using the Automation Markup Language standard

In the modern world, the need for automation of production is beyond doubt, it is important. One of the stages of automation is the creation of a digital production model. Specialists from different fields participate in the creation of the digital model. This creates some difficulties in matching automation components. These difficulties can be eliminated by using the right software and data formats. This is facilitated by the AutomationML markup language (AML), which was created to serve as the basis for the digital twin of production. In this article, we will consider the creation of an XML file that will serve to manage the assets of a bottled water production shop using the AutomationML markup language (AML).

Exergy assessment of energy efficiency of clean room air treatment system

The thermodynamic analysis of the cleanroom air treatment system based on the exergetic approach was performed and the main factors determining the effectiveness of its functioning were established. The interrelationships of exergy losses in the main elements of the system of various layout solutions and air velocity in a clean room have been established, which make it possible to identify inefficient air treatment processes. A criterion for the efficiency of the functioning of the air conditioning and filtration system of clean rooms is proposed, based on the determination of exergetic losses in its elements, which allows optimizing the configuration of the system. It has been established that an increase in the efficiency of air treatment in clean rooms can be achieved by reducing the consumption of coolant, optimizing energy costs when heating in a heater and humidifying in an irrigation chamber.
