RC harmonic oscillator generator based on a gyrator

The article presents a method for constructing an autogenerator of harmonic oscillations that does not contain an inductive element in the selective circuit. The main advantages of the proposed circuit solution are shown, including the possibility of implementing an autogenerator in an integrated design with a minimum number of external elements.

Creation of a database for information and measurement system of industrial flaw detection

The article reflects the experience of creating a database consisting of images of the surface of optical parts made of sintered silicon carbide SSiC, intended for its further use in the development of computer vision algorithms. The created database includes both images of a clean surface and images with surface defects of the optical part. Work on creating a database includes preliminary preparation of equipment, taking images, processing the resulting images, generating data using the processed images and their subsequent annotation by experts taking into account quality standards. Due to the fact, that the result of the algorithms and their reliability depend on the quality of the data used, creating a database is a significant labor-intensive process necessary for the correct operation of computer vision algorithms. The generated data set is a unique database, which, after applying artificial intelligence tools, will determine the necessary operations to improve the quality of manufactured products. Monitoring and updating the database will allow timely identification of deviations in the performance of technological operations and factors influencing the occurrence of violations in production processes.

Development and efficiency evaluation of a method for organizing computations on specialized computing systems with a quantum coprocessor

In this paper a method for organizing computations on specialized computing systems with a quantum coprocessor. A measure has been introduced to evaluate the efficiency of the process of organizing computations on specialized computing systems with a quantum coprocessor. Calculations carried out using the introduced measure show that the use of a quantum coprocessor as part of a computing system will speed up the solution of computationally complex large-scale problems.

Structures and methods for training a convolutional neural network for cotton box classification by degree of opening

This paper examines classification problem of cotton bolls according to their opening degree using a convolutional neural network. The structure of the neural network and methods of its training are described. The study used data from computing technology and image processing software. A number of experiments were carried out and the efficiency of the convolutional neural network was compared with fully connected neural networks. Experiments have shown that the convolutional neural network shows higher accuracy in cotton boll classification based on its opening degree.

Design of protected secondary sources of power supply for radio electronic equipment

The problem of creating effective means of protecting secondary power supplies of radio-electronic equipment (REA) from high DC voltage of various polarities appearing at the output of the protected secondary power supply is considered. A classification of types of protection of secondary power supplies for electronic equipment is given. Schemes for protecting secondary power supplies of electronic devices based on semiconductor diodes and resistors are presented.

Combinatorial logic circuitry based on the memristor «Knowm»

The possibilities of using the «Knowm» memristor for designing a combinatorial logic circuit based on memristor standardized logic (MRL) are considered. A circuit of a logic element based on memristor standardized logic is described. The design of a binary 8-wire-3-line encoder, a binary 3-wire-8-line decoder based on the new memristor standardized logic is presented. It is concluded that the functions of the encoder and decoder are implemented, compared with the conventional CMOS process, this development allows you to implement logical functions with fewer components and effectively reduce the power consumption of logic circuits.

Investigation of absorption light filters based on cadmium sulfide and selenide with a laboratory calorimetric installation

The article highlights the issues of control of absorption light filters, which are used in lighting engineering, when creating spectrophotometric devices. The study of absorption light filters based on cadmium sulfide and selenide with a laboratory colorimetric installation was carried out. In scientific practice, colorimetric devices and complexes are in demand and make it possible to obtain high-precision, informative and reliable information about the controlled object, so the work is relevant and promising. The article presents the appearance, functional scheme and technical parameters of the experimental installation. The purpose and objectives of the work are set, the object and method of research are determined. Experimental results of the chromaticity coordinates of absorption light filters on a color triangle were obtained, and the presented samples were compared.

Development of an algorithm for the analysis of dissolved gases of power transformers

In the article, to solve the problem based on the methods of dissolved gas analysis and chromatographic analysis of gases, an intelligent algorithm for classifying transformer faults based on neural network training is proposed. An algorithm for classifying errors and malfunctions based on a neural network is able to determine error classes regardless of where the dissolved gas samples were supposed to go in space. The developed algorithm can classify and interpret all dissolved gas samples with high accuracy and without any validation verification stage, which is typical for most traditional diagnostic methods.
