Methods and Instruments for Measuring the Parameters of Transformer Oil
This paper focuses on modern methods and instruments for measuring the parameters of transformer oil, based on practical experience in their application. The article reviews contemporary methods, including the desorption-thermoconductometric analyzer for measuring the concentration of dissolved gases, the method for determining the relative dielectric permittivity, as well as innovative approaches for measuring the moisture content in liquid using a piezosorption sensor and a coulometric electrolytic cell. Special attention is given to the analysis of results obtained with these methods, particularly the achieved metrological parameters. Based on real-world application experience, the article provides valuable information about their practical use in the industry. It emphasizes that modern methods and instruments play a key role in enhancing the reliability and safety of power systems, ensuring a higher level of performance and efficiency in controlling the quality of transformer oil.
Keywords: air, transformer oil, moisture content.

Vehicle motion detection using MEMS accelerometer signal and machine learning methods
A machine learning algorithm is considered for classifying vehicle motion and rest states based on the accelerometer signal. The issues of forming a vector of informative parameters, which are used in training and operation of the algorithm, are covered. The results of the accuracy of state classification are presented at various sampling rates of the acceleration signal and sliding window sizes for extracting informative parameters.
Keywords: electronic relay, car alarm, acceleration, box plots, machine learning.

Development of a method for forming the structure of a transferable quantum program
In this paper a method of forming the structure of a transferable quantum program has been developed. The essence of the method consists of using features of quantum programming languages to form the structure of such a quantum program, which can be further adapted to be able to be executed on quantum coprocessors of varying architectures by means of conversion. A quantum software converter has been developed to solve the task of adaptation.

A technique for correcting imbalances in mobile device systems by exposure to laser radiation using elements made of an alloy with a shape memory effect
Based on the results obtained as a result of studies of shape memory alloys and a comparative analysis of existing methods of static balancing of movable components of measuring instruments, the method described in the article for the final static contactless balancing of mobile device systems using balancing devices made using memory-effect materials is proposed. It is proposed to use a laser beam as a heating tool, which allows balancing through transparent media, in a liquid, without noticeable effect of laser radiation on the supports of the product, which allows for an automatic cycle of the balancing process.
Keywords: static balancing, shape memory effect, movable device system, balancing devices.

Interference method in the study of the surface of microchannels of polymer and quartz microfluidic chips
The article discusses the issues of studying the wall surfaces of microchannels of microfluidic chips made of quartz and polyethylene glycol diacrylate by optical method. When solving problems of varying complexity, mainly optical and optoelectronic methods and tools are used, since their sensitivity and measurement accuracy exceed contact (mechanical) methods, therefore the work is relevant and promising. The paper defines the method, the object of the study and sets the task. The appearance, functional diagram, and technical characteristics of the device are given. The microrelief of the surface was measured under normal sensing, where the distance to the surface was 100 mm and the diameter of the light spot on the surface was 10 μm. It has been experimentally determined that the studied surface of the microchannel of a quartz microfluidic chip can be attributed to the eleventh class of roughness, and the surface of the microchannel of the PEG to the seventh class of roughness.

The effect of the disinfector built into the duct of the building due to the dynamics of the supply ventilation
The paper indicates the state of life support in a room with integrated combined air exchange, where forced air flow in combination with an anti-virus device provides safe thermophysical properties of the microclimate of the ambient air environment of the room. In the device under consideration, the main source of ensuring the safety of the air environment in terms of microbiological indicators of infection is the process of air disinfection using ultraviolet radiation.
