Coulometric hygrometers

The article describes the principles of theory and construction of coulometric hygrometers. These devices are widely used in those productions where the automatic control and regulation of moisture content in the field of microconcentration is necessary. Available designs are considered, areas of use and operational characteristics of coulometric hygrometers are specified.

Methods for reducing dynamic errors in coulometric hygrometer in cyclic

This paper describes a method to reduce dynamic error without changing the length of cycles of accumulation and measurement in the coulometric hygrometer cyclic action. The proposed method can reduce the delay time, which in turn should result in a decrease in dynamic error. The proposed method of reducing the error is not related to the increase of the hardware and affects only the software.

Combined threshold sensor for monitoring of ionizing and ultra-violet radiations

The original design of the combined threshold sensor for monitoring of ionizing and ultra-violet radiations is described on the basis of substrates from nanoporous anodic alumina with a high transparency in an optical range and periodic system of microapertures. Microapertures are generated by a photolithography with the subsequent etching alumina and filled with the help of sol-gel method of sensitive to ionizing radiation scintillators. On one of surfaces of a substrate the photodetector is placed. On an opposite surface to a photodetector the thin-film coating sensitive to ultra-violet radiations is generated. The threshold sensor can be used as for the monitoring of radiating environment over zones where there are sources of radioactive radiations, and for the control of a level of ultra-violet radiations of natural and artificial origins.

Algorithms of transformation in micromechanical sensors

Algorithms of transformation for micromechanical sensors of speeds and accelerations are considered. The large number of algorithms in relation to processing of results of tests of micromechanical devices is offered and discussed.

Information management complex mobile on-site mini-factory-based manufacturing accelerated nanoblocks

This article describes the process of practical implementation of the information management system for rapid production of small building blocks in the mobile mini-plant on-site deployment using ARIES instrument technology company for the construction of small-sized housing in rural areas.

Design basics anisotropic magnetoresistive sensor module

We study the anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) sensors and sensor modules. Proposed, analyzed and simulated circuit design and engineering solutions that ensure efficient operation of AMR sensors. Discusses the analytical expressions and statements, which reflect the peculiarities of AMR sensor module.

Heat treatment of the surfaces of metals and alloys with diode lasers

This paper describes the use of established software environment that allows to perform calculations with the accuracy control calculations of temperature fields when laser surface treatment. As the calculation method used by the strings method (the method of geometric integrals), developed by the author, which allows to reduce the problem of heat conduction on arbitrary geometric area related to the system of integral equations. There were conclusions about the need to fine-tune the parameters of diode lasers in the processing of a particular products, which can be determined by simulation.

The current state and tendencies of the development of the standard base and normative-methodical documents that are used for measurements of hardness of building materials

The subject of this article is to analyze the state of the unity of hardness measurements for objects in the construction industry, made of metals and alloys, rubber, plastics and coatings in Russia. The tests of mechanical endurance of concrete on measurements of hardness was analyzed.
The analysis of the general and specific normative-methodical documents is carried out, the condition of these measurements in Russia and other countries were compared and the way for improvement of the normative and standard base of hardness measurements of construction materials were proposed.
