About standards of flow rate of natural gas

The paper shows information about standards of flow rate of natural gas. Provides technical and metrological characteristics of existing in Europe and Russia standards of flow rate of natural gas. The analysis of the rate of production and consumption of natural gas in the world over the last decade, which are dictated by the need for complex and expensive standards of flow rate of natural gas. Is analysis of the characteristics and technical capabilities of existing facilities, and provides some guidelines that are shaped in the form of conclusions.

Computer vision markers for object detection in atmosphere at distances up to 1 km

Review of different markers is proposed in this paper. Properties and characteristics for each type of markers are described. Information about the using of markers in various areas is presented. The article summarize and compares detection possibilities for markers at distances up to 1 km in clear atmosphere and in a fog. Some conclusions concerning performance of different markers in various technical applications are made.

Comprehensive check of VVER-1000 FR surface appearance defects

The subjects of relevance to introduction of automatic check of VVER-1000 FR surface appearance defects are treated in the paper. Visual inspection of FR surface condition carried out manually is a subjective method characterized by low efficiency and reliability. As a result of it, either inadmissible defects are not detected or nondefective products are wrongly rejected. The experience of introduction of automatic check complex constructed on the basis of electromagnetic and optical technique for detection of VVER-1000 FR surface appearance defects is presented in the paper. By means of electromagnetic technique, the sectoring of FR surface and determination of coordinates of supposed defective spots are carried out with check efficiency of at least 60 products per hour. The products without defective spots are transferred further along the production line, and FRs with supposed defects are transferred to the area of optical checking, where the depth, opening and length of the detected defect are measured by the preset coordinate on the optic-electronic plant Profile. If the measured parameters are within the process tolerance, FR is considered as accepted, otherwise, FR is transferred to reject isolator. The application of such complex makes it possible to guarantee the complete check of products, as opposed to earlier performed sampling inspection. Moreover, exhausting hand work performed by operator is eliminated; the reliability and objectivity of FR check are improved, thus resulting in improvement of product quality and safety of operation in the reactor.

Nondestructive testing of helium pressure in fuel rods for VVER reactors

The results of introduction of nondestructive testing of helium pressure in VVER-1000, VVER-440 fuel rods at JSC NCCP are presented in the paper. The testing results show the practical feasibility of obtaining the required accuracy of measurement. Moreover, the mentioned technique makes it possible to test fuel rods of different design modifications without significant complication of design of measurement reference.

The intermediate transitions of the vacuum integrated microwave circuits

The problem of the develorment of intermediate microwave transitions of transfer of electromagnetic energy from one layer of the volume integral circuit (IC) to another one has been solved. The method of vertically through microprofiles of IC of the vacuum microwave lerices was developed. The constructions of intermediate microwave trasitions and the variant of the microblock ofstructure of the circuit for the system of backword wave the construction of the logic elements OR-AND as example are shown.

Realization of a method of contactless tests of internal combustion engines without dismounting from installation

In article the method of contactless measurement of the moment of inertia of the engine is described. Also the description of the developed stand of contactless tests of an internal combustion engine, without dismounting from the vehicle is provided. The detailed description developed and realized by us hardware and software complex of measurement of the mechanical power of engine (OMID) is given. Results of adjusting contactless researches of engines VAZ-2112 and Honda GS190 are given in fast-changing operating modes.

Definition making linear accelerations working bodies cars

Methods of definition of making linear accelerations of working bodies of cars are considered. Measurement of making linear accelerations is carried out by unicomponent gages of accelerations. For definition of a vector of acceleration three gages of accelerations are used so that their measuring axes were mutually perpendicular.

Application the test mixture as metrological support for high performance liquid chromatography

This article focuses on the creation of a test mixture that is used to monitor the stability of the parameters of chromatograph. Reliable identification of substances, using a test mixture and the database for the identification and quantification of substances, has great potential for widespread use. This approach can be applied to the analyzers and chromatographs.

Standardization: according to the law or to the concepts?

The main issues related to the need for development of the federal law On Standardization are discussed: the role of standardization in the development of economy and society, why the state should regulate the issues of standardization, why we need a special law On Standardization. It is shown that the standards have a direct impact on the economy due to the diffusion of knowledge (information, innovative solutions). The conclusion about the advisability of public policy in the field of standardization on the basis of an system approach that can be provided by special law On Standardization.
