High-temperature measuring technque of piezoresitors sensitivity distribution on the diaphragm of piezoresistive pressure transducer

Peculiarities of measurement of piezoresistors resistance on testing sensing element of diaphragm-type piezoresistive pressure transducer based on Silicon on sapphire structure in high temperature (up to 500 C) range are described. The measurements allow to define the real distribution of strain across the diaphragm for optimization of piezoresistors location in the bridge circuit and measure the temperature dependence of piezoresitors at different distance from the diaphragm center.

A device for non-destructive measurement of granular material density

A methodology for determination of granular materials characteristics by the pneumatic device with the compensation of atmospheric pressure and temperature influence on the measurement results is presented. The descriptions of the design and the operation principle of the device are given. The measurements errors are evaluated. Thermophysical properties (density, solid phase density, porousness) of granular chemosorbents based on alkaline metals superoxides in pill, pellet, and grain shapes in operating temperature range were analyzed.

Temperature monitoring of transport facilities in regions with seasonally frozen and permafrost soils

For the safe functioning of transport infrastructure and oil and gas complex in the Northern regions of Russia is proposed the way to carry out temperature monitoring of facilities for the purpose of revealing and elimination of emergency situations in regions with seasonally frozen and permafrost soils. The experience of temperature monitoring on the example of experimental embankment with the road bed of technogenic soil ash and slag mix is presented.

Hardware-software complex for investigation of directional properties of high-frequency geoacoustic emission

This paper describes the hardware and software complex for investigation of directional properties of high-frequency geoacoustic emission. In order to determine the direction to a source of geoacoustic emission, a combined receiver composed of a three-dimensional vector receiver and a hydrophone was used. New technical and software solutions were suggested. They made it possible to improve the quality of the registered geoacoustic signal and, consequently, the accuracy of determination of the sound wave arrival direction. During the realization of the complex, the technologies of wireless data transmission, increasing the mobility of the used equipment were applied. This is topical during scientific investigations in remote hard-to-reach regions.

Comparative analysis of equivalent circuits of the primary eddy current transformations-verters

The article presents a comparative analysis for two and treelementnoy equivalent circuit of the primary eddy current transducer. The possibility of an independent separate measurement of informative and non-informative parameters of the equivalent circuit. Proposed circuit solution to eliminate non-informative parameter using a quasi-differential switching circuits. The question of the influence of undercompensation uninformative parameters on the sensitivity of the primary eddy current transducer. The estimation of the temperature coefficient for two- and three-element equivalent circuit of the primary eddy current transducer based on full compensation neinforma-tive parameter.

The improvement of devices for the connection of the controlled rectifier voltage to the AC source

To improve the efficiency of the use of controlled rectifiers voltage (UHV) in device for connection to a source of AC voltage should be replaced with current-limiting resistors on the reactor, which reduces the energy losses in current-limiting elements and speeds up the process for pre-charging the output capacitor UHV. Described the purpose and principle of operation of the UHV. It is proposed to supplement the UHV and device for connecting appliances to manage and control the work of the UHV and specified device.

Dosing device of sodium silicate for systems of heat and water

The main cause of pipeline accidents systems of heat and water are pipe ruptures that occur due to internal corrosion. One of the simplest and most effective methods of corrosion treatment of feed water heating networks is the dosage of sodium silicate. A device dispensing of reagents Dozafon, in the principle of action is laid permanent control of line pressure at the injection point of sodium silicate to improve the accuracy of dosing and avoid exceeding the maximum permissible concentration.

A method of checking the operability of the temperature leak monitoring system

Efficiency improvement of laser cutting silicon device wafers on OLED crystals

This article presents issues improvement in quality of cutting silicon wafer on OLED crystals by laser controlled thermocracking (LCT). This work aimed at introducing implementation of high efficiency technological precision cutting process of silicon wafers in the production of microdisplays based on organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In article we consider the actual processes LCT performed on laser system RT-350, assessed the heating effect on OLED structures. Presented and compared data of experiments. Authors first substantiated possibility of increasing efficiency in LCT process of silicon device wafers with a thickness of 725 microns with organic light-emitting structures at expense patented application method of tracing a notch groove along entire length of each cut using a pulsed solid-state laser.
