Some features of development of high-temperature pressure transducers based on SOS structures

Some metrological characteristics of high-temperature pressure transducers based on structures Silicon-on-Sapphire (SOS) with different materials of elastic membrane and soldering alloy are considered and the possibilities of technological stabilization transducers are demonstrated. It is shown that pressure transducers based on SOS structures can work with accuracy not worse than 0.2% up to 350 .

Theoretical and experimental validation of the method of strengthening credibility of weight measuring equipment fail-safe operations during the process of fulfillment of space shuttle fuel tanks by small doses of fuel

It is considered method of strengthening credibility of weight measuring equipment fail-safe operations during the process of fulfillment of space shuttle fuel tanks by small doses of fuel.
The method is based on implementation of additional weight measuring channel to the measurement circuit of the weight measuring equipment. During the process of component dosing, additional weight measuring channel is used as a reserve channel which is lead to credibility strengthening of weight measuring equipment fail-safe operations during the process of fulfillment.

The development of radiometric fluorescence spectrometer for autonomous unmanned underwater vehicle

The questions to establish radiometric fluorescence spectrometer to determine the elemental composition of sea water in real time. The results of the work related to research opportunities radiometric fluorescence analysis elemental composition of the material and design of the device based on its express control of the elemental composition of seawater for autonomous unmanned vehicle. In order to reduce the contribution of scattered photons into the flow of fluorescent proposed to use the scheme for measuring total external reflection. The possibility of using L-line elements Z?70 to determine their content and the use of secondary target to reset the exciting energy of the primary source. Described layout radiometric analyzer element content in seawater-based radionuclide Am-241.

Micromechanical vertical gyro parameter optimization for achieving required angle measurement accuracy

This paper describes operating principle and structure of micromechanical vertical gyro for aircraft control systems, developed by JSC Moscow Institute of Electromechanics and Automation. Considered problems of filter algorithm optimization and measurement errors those algorithms cause. Given recommendations for modification of currently used algorithms based on this research.

Error frequency transmitters and methods of their minimization

The article discusses the main causes of errors during the measurement of components of rocket fuel sensor waveguide wave propagation speed, the period of modulation, frequency deviation, delta frequency. The proposed options minimise bias. Methods to reduce the influence of errors in the waveguide discreteness level: adaptive voltage control modulation, the introduction of additional slow modulation of the carrier frequency, the spectral analysis method and wavelet analysis. Shows the advantage of applying continuous wavelet transform (CWT) over the other methods.
Analyzed the advantage of the wavelet transform (WT) before Fourier transformation (FT) and spectral analysis. WT is a convenient tool for analysis of signals which have frequency and temporal localization. Produced by filtering of a noisy linear frequency modulated (LFM) signal with the waveguide sensor measuring the level of fuel components of launch vehicles (LV). The method of signal processing based on the inverse EP, showed very accurate recovery of the original signal without noise.

Binary Tetra-Bridges and Calibration of the Group of the Resistance Standards

The paper introduces binary tetra-bridges with four branches each represented by an resistance standard. Classification of tetra-bridges is given. Tetra-bridges allow to calibrate the resistance standards in the range of 1 ? 1 ? and exclude the influence of contacts. The tetra-bridge application for calibrating of the group resistance standards simplifies instrumentation, speeds up and improves the accuracy of measurements, and reduces calibration costs in upper-level metrological institutions.
